Operation Back to Life exists to bring restoration, hope, and transformation to communities that have been overlooked, underserved, and burdened by cycles of brokenness.In the Halls Ferry Corridor, the need is real and urgent.
The overall crime rate is 96% higher than the national average, with violent crime 52% higher and property crime 69% higher. Nearby neighborhoods experience violent crime rates reaching up to 80% above the national average.
But these numbers do not define the people—they reveal the need for presence, purpose, and intervention.
We believe every life carries value. Every family deserves stability. Every community can be restored.
Operation Back to Life is committed to being a consistent, faith-driven presence in this region—serving through outreach, discipleship, resource connection, and community engagement. Our mission is to break cycles, rebuild hope, and create pathways for lasting change.
This is not just about meeting needs.
This is about restoring identity, rebuilding communities, and releasing purpose.

Securing the #HUB
With Phase One complete, we now move into Phase Two—securing the building through a required down payment to finalize the purchase.
Our immediate goal is to raise:

This step is critical. While we are already operating within the facility, this phase ensures we can fully secure and steward the property for long-term Kingdom impact.
This is more than a financial milestone—this is a moment of collective faith and action.

Facility Acquisition & Activation — Completed
Phase One of the Heights Empowerment Center vision focused on securing and activating a facility for services and outreach functions.
Through the faith, generosity, and partnership of our community, this phase has now been successfully completed. We are officially operating within the facility—no longer leasing, but stewarding the space for Kingdom purpose.
